Our story..
Founded in 2023, Evergreen Plant Boxes grew out of my lifelong interest in woodworking. What began as a local Cork business crafting planters for friends and family has since expanded to serve residential and commercial clients alike. We are a local cork business and our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.
"We can’t recommend Ian highly enough. He did a planter build around our oil tank and was so helpful when coming up with ideas and designs. We couldn’t be happier with the end result - so delighted with the garden now."
Caroline, Glanmire, Cork
"I would highly recommend Ian to build any planters with your garden, business or organisation. Ian took on my idea and made it a reality. Really looking forward to seeing my rain garden planter in action soon.."
Rosemarie, Ballincollig, Cork
"Ian was a pleasure to deal with. I received my 4 plant boxes on time and he really did an amazing job putting them together from scratch.
My plan is to order more in the coming weeks..."
Austin, Douglas, Cork

"I could not recommend Ian enough for your garden project, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He built a beautiful two-tier plant box and added gorgeous cladding to the wall, completely transforming the space.
From the beginning, he was incredibly helpful with the design, offering thoughtful suggestions and handling all the measurements with precision. He made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was professional, reliable, and genuinely lovely to work with.
The craftsmanship is excellent, and I absolutely love how everything turned out. His attention to detail and care for the work really shows. He thought of finishing touches that didn’t even cross my mind. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality carpentry. I have had carpenters complete work inside my house that doesn’t come close to Ian’s craftsmanship."
